Used as flexible pipelines for delivering of liquids, saturated steam, gases and dry materials under pressure.
Work environment:
·Class B (1) - benzine, kerosene, oils;
·Class W (II) - technical water, solutions of non-organic acids and alkalis with concentration up to 20% (except nitric);
·Class ВГ (III) - hot water up to +100°C;
·Class G (IV) - air, carbonic gas, nitrogen, noble gases;
·Class Par-1 (X) - for delivering of saturated steam with temperature up to +143°C;
·Class Par-2 (X) - for delivering of saturated steam with temperature up to +175°C.
Work pressure is up to 1,0 MPa (10 kgf/cm2):
·Class Par-1 (X) -0,3 МPа;
·Class Par-2 (Х)-0,8 МPа.
Inside diameter is from 13mm to 50 mm, 160 mm.
Efficiency at temperature:
·Class B (I) from -35°C up to +70°С;
·Class W (II ) and P( VII) up to +50°С;
·Class ВГ (III) up to +100°С;
·Class G(IV) -35°C up to +50°С;
·Class Par-1 (X) up to +143°С;
·Class Par-2 (X) up to +175°С;
Length is up to 20 m for hoses with inside diameter from 13mm to 50 mm and 6 m for hoses with inside diameter 160mm.

Hoses with textile skeleton, with metal spiral have the soft cuffs at the ends for joining to armature.
Work environment:
·Class B - benzine, kerosene, fuel;
·Class W - technical water;
·Class KSch - weak solutions of acids and alkalis with concentration up to 20%;
·Class P - for delivering of eatables. Efficient at temperature from -35°C to +90°C.
·Inside diameter of hoses is from 38 mm to 250 mm.
·Work pressure: 0,3 MPa, 0,5 MPa, 1,0 MPa.

3.PRESSURE RUBBER HOSES WITH COTTON INTENSION, NOT REINFORCED, GOST 10362-76 |
Used as flexible pipelines for delivering of air, noble gases and liquids under pressure. Oil & benzine resistant, acid resistant.
Temperature of efficiency is from -50°C to +90°C; for cold climate it is from -60°C to +90°C.
Work pressure is from 1,6 MPa (16 kgf/cm2) to 4,0 MPa (40 kgf/cm2).
Two constructions of hoses are manufactured: braided - length is up to 50m (inside diameter is from 4 to 50 mm), Fabric insert - length at customer's request.
